My order won’t go through.

If you continue to receive error messages, please contact us at [info@gobancosmetics.com] with [Order Failure] as subject  to fix the problem.

 

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation through your registered email address right after you placed your order. If you are unable to find the order confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Let us know if you received nothing about your order. 


I've placed my order and it isn't getting delivered.

We ship on our working hours (Mon to Fri, 9AM to 5PM). We do not ship during weekend and public holidays. Please note that orders placed after 1PM will be packed on the next day.
 

I need to change something on my order, what should I do?

Once your order is placed, it will be directed to our warehouse and will be processed by our warehouse system. You will not be able to change anything. Please make sure you have filled the correct data.

 

Uh-oh! The product I want to buy is out of stock. What should I do?

Sign up to our newsletter and you will be notified when the item is back in stock.

 

It looks like you charged me twice for my order.

If your credit card is declined in the first order, you will find a pending transaction in your account. It will be automatically dropped off your statement within a few business days.

 

How do I use the voucher I received after subscribing to the newsletter?

You can directly use the voucher with minimum order 200K. Don’t forget to insert the code you received.
